It's clean, staff are friendly and caring and I love the idea....basically it's salad bar meets stir fry so you choose veggies, meat and noodles if you want and then sauce and they fry it up and it comes with rice. Perfect if you just want something light, plus you can choose all the meats and veggies if you want because it's by weight. I'll be back next time I come through Merrit!

Wow! Amazing restaurant! You pay by the weight of the raw meats and veggies you serve yourself and the chef grills it for you with your preferred sauces. Food was absolutely DELICIOUS! The Szechuan sauce is actually decently spicy (not fake spicy like in some other restaurants). Truly a hidden gem. I live 3 hours away, but that won’t stop me from returning to this incredible place!

Great concept. Large number of very healthy looking options including beef (was restocked after photo was taken) , large frozen shrimp, chicken and tofu plus many vegetables, cashews, and three types of noodles. Choose what you want. Done by weight. Select a seasoning. Rice is free. Fast. Reasonably priced. Friendly waitress and cook. Nice inside and two tables outside with umbrellas. There should be one in every city!

Nice atmosphere, nice staff and owner! Delicious high quality food, nice presentation and made in house sauces, fresh produce! Little outdoor patio, clean and friendly. Great food!

I went there without any expectations, but the food was very delicious. There were lots of vegetables to choose from and the sauce was really delicious. The staff was friendly and this is a place I would like to go again next time.

I seriously cannot over hype this place enough. Truly a life changing experience. One of the best meals I’ve had in my life. This place has opened my eyes to an entirely new world of cuisine. If you are driving through Merritt it is a MUST STOP

My girlfriend and I pulled off the highway looking for a quick lunch on our way to Kelowna and found this gem. Couldn’t recommend it more. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, the restaurant is beautifully set up. It really is a gem!
